WBC/WBA/IBF Cruiserweight Championship
WBC and WBA Cruiserweight Champion Jean-Marc Mormeck and IBF Champion O'Neil Bell go to war on the undercard of the bout between Zab Judah and Carlos Baldomir to try to become the first undisputed Cruiserweight Champion since Evander Holyfield in 1988. In arguably the best cruiserweight fight of all time, Mormeck and Bell trade heavy thunder for nine rounds. Mormeck knocks Bell's mouthpiece out in the second and sixth rounds, but Bell hurts him badly in round seven. After more ebb and flow, Bell finally puts Mormeck down for the first time in his career in round ten, and Referee Wayne Kelly stops the fight.
