Wladimir Klitschko exacts revenge on Chris Byrd for stopping his brother Vitali six months earlier. Klitschko punishes and twice floors the WBO Champion over twelve sometimes brutally one-sided rounds. Byrd's father and trainer nearly throws in the towel in the eleventh round but allows his son to finish the fight on his feet, although Wladimir takes the unanimous decision and brings the title back to the Klitschko family.
