Three years after their first epic encounter, WBC Super Middleweight Champion Nigel Benn and undefeated WBO Champion Chris Eubank agree to meet in another grudge match. This time, Benn appears to out work Eubank in a good many rounds, although they trade bombs as before. After multiple warnings from Referee Larry O'Connell, Benn is docked a crucial point for a low blow in the sixth round that sways the fight from a split decision victory in his favor to a controversial draw in which both men walk away with their respective titles.

Judgement Day: Nigel Benn vs. Chris Eubank II

WBO Middleweight Champion Nigel Benn defends his title against undefeated compatriot Chris Eubank in a genuine grudge match. Eubank comes to the ring sans music after the Benn camp manufactures a malfunction. Once there, Eubank tries to make good on a first-round knockout wager by taking the fight to the heavy-handed champion. After absorbing some big shots in the second round, Eubank hurts Benn with seconds left. They trade bombs in round three and stun each other in the fourth. Eubank begins to show his class by out boxing Benn and swelling the champion's left eye, but Benn comes back to hurt him with a left hook in the eighth round and puts him on the canvas with a right hand to the top of the head. Eubank quickly gets to his feet and comes up big in the ninth round, freezing Benn with a combination. He batters Benn on the ropes until Referee Richard Steele jumps in to end a dramatic bout.
