Shane Mosley vs. John John Molina

Undefeated IBF Lightweight Champion Shane Mosley faces the toughest challenge of his title reign when he defends against John John Molina. Both men land big right hands in the opening round, but Mosley buckles the challenger's knees with another one in the third. At the end of the seventh, Molina runs into a left hook that drops him into the ropes on a knee. The upset challenger quickly gets to his feet and shoves Referee Ed Johnson out of his way, but his tantrum may have cost him as the official allows him to take significant punishment after Molina is hurt in the eighth. With his hands down against the ropes, Molina eats a one-two that snaps his head back and a body shot that doubles him over before Johnson finally stops him on his feet.
